Actor, director and casting director Rajesh Madhavan married his girlfriend, assistant director and production designer, Deepthi Karat, at a traditional wedding ceremony on Thursday (December 12, 2024).
Pictures shared a wedding photographer named Pulari Udayan showed the couple in traditional Kerala-style wedding attire.

The wedding was reportedly a star-studded affair, attended many notable celebrities from the Malayalam film industry.
On Wednesday, the couple hosted a special sangeet ceremony, pictures and videos from which are out on social media.

Rajesh, who hails from Kolathur in Kasaragod, entered films as a production controller, eventually making his way into acting. After appearing in Fahadh Faasil’s Maheshinte Prathikaaram, Rajesh also served as as assistant director in Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum.
Since then, Rajesh has appeared in several notable titles such as Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham, Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam, Minnal Murali, Neelavelicham, and Journey of Love 18+.
The actor’s performance in Kunchacko Boban’s 2022 film, Nna Thaan Case Kodu, has a fan-following on its own. The popularity of Rajesh’s character lead to a sequel, Sureshanteyum Sumalathayudeyum Hrudayahariyaya Pranayakadha, which released earlier this year Interestingly, it was on the sets of Nna Thaan Case Kodu that Rajesh met Deepthi, who was working as an assistant director.
Deepthi, on the other hand, has served as an assistant director in multiple Hindi and Malayalam productions, such as Indian Police Force, Dahaad, and Sitara.
Notably, the news about the couple’s wedding comes just weeks after Rajesh wrapped the shooting of Pennum Porattum, his debut film as a filmmaker.
