A recurring theme of keys and locks pervades the décor, adding layers of symbolic meaning. As Omung Kumar elaborates, “The keys and locks symbolize the journey of the contestants—how they are metaphorically ‘locked in’ and must unlock new facets of their personalities to succeed.”
Stepping inside, one finds that each room echoes the overarching fantasy theme. The bedroom is particularly fascinating, designed to resemble a theatre straight out of a fantasy realm. This unique setting is crafted to encourage interaction and build camaraderie among housemates.
The kitchen is another highlight, exuding the charm of a quaint vineyard. Complete with rustic stone walls and wine barrels, it offers a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. Discussing the thought and creativity behind this season’s design, Kumar reveals, “We aimed for the Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 house to be exceptionally unique and dynamic. As a designer, I’m deeply invested in the magic of transformation. Building on the triumph of last year’s sustainability theme, we faced the challenge of creating something equally engaging for this season.”
He continues, “Our design choices—be it the incorporation of locks and keys or the presence of grand dragons and dual-faced walls—are intended to contribute to the magical ambiance. Each element has been chosen with care to evoke intrigue and surprise.
