Sujai Karampuri Takes Helm as Sharp India’s New Chairman


In a strategic move to strengthen its business in India, global electronics giant Sharp has appointed Sujai Karampuri as the new Chairman for its Indian operations. An experienced industry leader, Karampuri brings his vast expertise to the table, having previously held pivotal roles such as CEO of T-Works, Director of Electronics and Semiconductors for the Telangana government, and managing director of Telangana Fiber Grid Corporation.

Osamu Narita, Managing Director of Sharp Business Systems (India), also weighed in, asserting confidence in Karampuri’s ability to guide the Indian business towards great success. “Under Mr. Karampuri’s guidance, our India Business will thrive, solidifying our position as a key player in India’s evolving business and technology landscape,” Narita stated.

Karampuri’s extensive background in the technology sector positions him well for his new responsibilities at Sharp.
